About Natalie

“I became a photographer by lucky accident in China in 1996. I walked in to the Reuters Beijing Bureau asking if they might want to buy a photo, and walked out with a job. The first major story I covered was the Hong Kong Handover. Since then this wonderful profession has taken me all over the globe. I’ve photographed disasters, wars, celebrities, presidents, Olympics, food, concerts, beautiful things and the ugliest things.

“I’ve worked for newswires, global newspapers and a tiny family-owned paper, non-profits, mega-corporations as well as a local goat cheese maker.

“Recently, I’ve become an enthusiastic trail camera user - combining my love of dog walking, nature and photography.

“Based in Victor, Idaho, I’m positioned to cover news and features throughout Idaho, Wyoming and the greater Yellowstone ecosystem.”

This exhibition features a selection of Natalie’s favorite recent photos from beautiful, weird Idaho.
