Available Spaces

Carr Gallery

The Carr Gallery, accommodating up to 176, is a bright space with a wall of windows and regularly rotating art exhibitions. This space can be tailored to your event with different arrangements of tables, cocktail tables, and chairs. Also perfect for intimate performances with a small stage or screen set up. 

HC (Hartwell Chesbro) Room

The Hartwell-Chesbro, or HC, Room is an open space with a historic brick wall on one side and windows overlooking downtown on another. This is our most popular event room and is frequently used for luncheons, seminars, and wedding receptions. It accommodates up to 120 people around tables, with exact occupancy depending on the event layout. 

US Bank Conference Room

The US Bank Conference room, which is marked by its historic stained glass window and the Arts Council's permanent collection of art, is perfect for board meetings, business meetings, and lunch meetings.

Hall Gallery

The Hall Gallery is just outside of the HC Room and Conference Room and makes a perfect addition for slightly larger events. The Hall Gallery also features rotating fine art exhibitions.

Lobby and Staircase

The lobby has retained its historic art deco details like the black and white tile and elaborate crown molding, punctuated by the large curving staircase leading to the second floor.
